Appointment Time Page not working on Android (7.4.5)

    Since we upgraded to 7.4.5 this afternoon, we have discovered that the booking page for picking a date and time for an appointment does not work on Android phones (it shows fine on iPhones).

    Is this a known issue as obviously it is a major issue.
