Appointments being cancelled problem

    The system keeps automatically cancelling some of the appointments and yesterday when we re-booked an appointment on a customer’s behalf it got cancelled again! It’s causing quite a few problems

    Hi,

    Do you have enabled the “Cancellation add-on” or other add-on for managing the booking statuses?

    Please indicate also the version number of the WP Time Slots Booking Form plugin installed in your website.

    Cancellation link and Google Calendar API are both enabled

    Version 5.2.21

    Be sure to enable the captcha for the Cancellation Link add-on to prevent accidental cancellation by bots trying the link.

    In addition to that, seems you are using an outdated commercial version of the plugin. For pro or commercial product support (including assistance with updates) please contact us directly on our site. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
