Appointments immediate moved to Removed

    Each new appointment is immediate placed into the removed category – despite Pending Removal time set to 0, Auto-confirm is on, and payment required is turned off. There are no service providers saved.

    I have tinkered and tinkered with the settings, clearing cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, but to no avail. I might try uninstalling and making sure all datatables related to plugin are deleted as well.

    Any ideas on why auto-confirm isn’t working?

    Hi @jdjenkins,

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

    Could you please tell me what you have set in the Appointments option “Disable pending appointments after (mins)” in the Appointments Time settings?

    Also please try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin.

    The setting is set to 0. Changing it has no effect. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling – but the data seemed to hang around in the database, as did this problem.

    I’m going to uninstalling and go into the datatables and clear everything out. Will post results here.
