Appointments made with hotmail and msn accounts automatically canceled

    The plugin doesn’t include any procedure to automatically cancel appointments made with hotmail or any other email provider.

    Actually, the plugin doesn’t cancel an appointment by itself, only the admin can cancel an appointment through the WP Admin or the user through a cancellation link.

    That’s strange, let me know if that happens again.

    I hasn’t stopped. Some users don’t even get their email now since the last update (if they use a hotmail account, everything works fine with gmail).

    I’d recommend you get in touch with your hosting provider. They will find out why the emails sent to hotmail and all Microsoft servers are rejected.

    99% sure that your server has been included on a blacklist. Your hosting provider has to submit a revision for your website’s IP address, it takes about 3 days.
