Appointments not being listed

    Hello,

    I am working on a portal for tutoring. I have tried setting up appointments to test whether the plugin will work. All is good, except when I go to the page that is supposed to list the appointments, it has none listed. This is especially weird because the tutor’s available times are grayed out when I look at the front end. So, somewhere the data are being saved, but I just can’t see any in the appointments list in the admin panel. I made a manual appointment on that same page. The manual appointment was then listed in the appointment list, but as soon as I refreshed the page, it disappeared!

    I am using Version 1.10.2.

    I did a quick look on that link and I was able to find available times in calendar. Take a look at this picture :

    can you tell me inside connections did you mark all day in week? Also regarding Appointments page there are filters by day so make sure that you are looking in right time period.

    Sorry, I probably wasn’t clear. I was talking about the internal list, when you go to the page that lists the appointments inside of the admin area. The external is working fine. But, there are no appointments listed in the control panel area.

    I had already tried that, but it hadn’t worked. But, now I see them showing up just fine, so I’m not sure what happened. I’ll let you know if this happens again, but for now, I’m marking as resolved.

    Hi @loncar,

    I have a problem with timing of services. For example, when a user selects a service for a long time (1 hour), another user can book different service (15 minutes) at the same time. How can I set 1 busy hour for all others services?

    I have the same problem. How to check was the query sent correctly?

    I have found that the data filters refer to the dates of the connections created. I thought it was the dates chosen by the users. After I changed the end date for next year, the lists appeared.
