Approval mail

Hi,
First off all: love this plugin!
My question: in the mail to let the Admin know that there is a new account to approve there is a link to the new account profile.
Is it possible to add a link directly to the UM Dashboard where the account can be approved? Or even better: to add a button on the new account profile page to the UM Dashboard?
