Approval of Entries by Admin

Hello,
I want to thank you for this plugin it is very good. However I noticed when someone signs and the link is sent to their email and they fill it, their entry immediately shows up on the public database page even without the admin’s approval. Please how can I restrict that only entry the admin approves shows on the public page? Thank you.
