Approval request being sent to me (the developer) not the site admin

I’m getting the following email telling me the post is waiting for approval. I found the post in comments -> spam

The problem is that it is being sent to my personal email address and not the admin’s email address. I have looked everywhere in the backend and have not found my email noted anywhere. Can anyone tell me where to change the email address for approvals? I am not using any plugins for this.
