Approval Workflow

  • I need to create a form that a user will fill out, then submit to their supervisor to ‘approve’ (however that can be done – button, check box & submit…?), and then once the supervisor approves it, the form goes on to the person tracking the requests. Can this be done with Form Maker (free version)?
