Approve/Deny not working

We are unable to reproduce the mentioned issue on our staging site. It seems like the theme or some other plugin is conflicting with the new user-approved plugin Can you change the theme to WordPress default 2022 or deactivate the plugins one by one and check if the issue still persists or not.

Thanks for your response. We dd this as requested and the issue still persists – this time it logged us out rather than returning to a 404.

Hi again.
We have done this and cannot replicate the issue. As the site is being hosted on Kinsta, we believe the issue could lie with them. But we have troubleshooted with them and it is not the case.
Here is what we have done so far:

– Deactivated all the plugins and used WP default theme – Issue still persists
– Migrated the site to a different hosting – No issue
– Duplicated the exact LIVE site into a STAGING site without any changes through Kinsta, STAGING site works without any issue while LIVE site has the issue.

I believe the next step would be to give you access to wp-admin and see if you can find the issue there?
