Approve or Deny Free Membership Subscribers

    Hi,
    Can you tell me if there is a way for the administrator to manually approve or deny registrations for a free membership? I know there must be a way since I see “Pending” in the membership section.

  • Hi,

    In PMS we don’t have the Admin Approval feature, but you can manually change the status of a Subscription Plan assigned to user by going to PMS -> Members -> Edit Member -> Edit -> Change Status into Expired or Canceled.

    Another workaround would be to use PMS with Profile Builder Hobbyist that has the Admin Approval feature.

    Ok, thanks for that info.
    Is that also true for the email responses? I have been able to easily changes the message text but I don’t receive any of the emails when creating new users.

    I am glad the information helped you.

    If you are creating users logged in as Admin you will not receive email notification. Try to create a user being logged out as Admin.
