    Hello,
We’ve been really enjoying this plugin. Thank you! One problem we’d like help with is that are about to launch our new web site and would like to streamline the registration process before the site goes live. I’ve found that you have to both “approve” and “activate” a user before that person can log on the site. If you do one or the other the person still gets an approval email but when that person tried to log on to the web site it will give them an error message. Both “approve” and “activate” sends an email to the newly registered person, totally 2 emails. Is there a way to streamline this down to people just receiving one email? Thank you.

  • Are you using this with multisite? I’m assuming this just because you say you are having to activate a user.

    Currently multisite is not supported.

For single site installs, the approval email does contain the login information.

If I am misunderstanding your issue, please excuse me. Let me know either way.

Thank you for your response Josh. Our IT guy at work was apparently communicating with you behind the scenes and was able to remove the “activate” option when approving new users, hence the program is now only sending out one email approval. Unfortunately, I don’t know what multisite is or else I would tell you whether or not we’re using it.

    Thanks for the great plugin!
