    Hello,

Can I ask for a clarification please regarding this. I have all of my downloadable products in a folder called /audio/

So my domain set up is https://mydomain/audio/ and then it goes:

    /audio/recording1/track1.mp3
    /audio/listenup/track1.mp3
    /audio/listenup/track2.mp3

So following the /audio/ I have different titles and numerous tracks within those titles.

In my approved downloads directories I have tried both
    https://mydomain.com/audio/*.*/
    https://mydomain.com/audio/

It is enabled. If I selected the track url in the product and paste that into a url directly, it plays. So the url is right. The storage directory is listed and enabled. Force Downloads is set in the download settings.

However, each time a customer orders, or I do a test order, I get the “File not found: Go To Shop” warning.

I am not sure what to look at next?

I have also just seen in the WooCommerce Status that:

Enforce Approved Product Download Directories: –

So the approved product download is not enforced and I cannot see where you ‘enforce’ it? That may solve the issue?

    Hi @nigelrs!

    Thank you for contacting us!

I understand you are having some issues with downloadable products.

Firstly, to clarify, if you are seeing a Start Enforcing Rules button – this means the rules that you added are not yet into effect, and you’ll need to press that button to start enforcing rules.

However, with the rules disabled, it shouldn’t cause any issues with the download typically.

Could you confirm if the download works when you upload a file using the Choose File button on the product edit page?

Also, it would be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

Feel free to remove any data from it that you do not wish to display publically.

    Thank you! ??
