Approved reservations Contact Name

Hello again! I’m finally rolling out BaR to staff, and there are a few question that have been brought up during training that I could not answer.

When looking at Approved Reservations, in the Contact name field, what is hyperlink and number supposed to show? I know it says notes, but it also seems to show some previous reservations as well.

It does display anything entered in the notes field, however, some of the linked contacts don’t show all reservations in the past or future. In the example below, this group has at least 6 meetings coming up, but only 2 show up.
