Approving links to posts within my own site

This is a nice to have–perhaps it already exists?

When I link to my own posts within my blog, I have to approve the link. Not such a big deal, but surprising that WP doesn’t recognize it as internal and therefore streamline it.

Example:
post: https://wp.me/p2u26F-12N
internal link: to Georgia O’Keeffe Museum below the subhead “So…Much…Art…”
