APPROX TIME TO GET SUPPORT

    Hi,

    We need to know how much is it taking these days to get support for premium users.
    We have placed support tickets one week ago and did not have any response yet.

    It is quite frustrating because we are getting queries from our customers and we cannot give them any information on new deadlines.

    @wclovers, can you please confirm that we are getting support, and when, at least approximately – two days, one week more, one month…?

    We are looking forward to your response because the situation is getting really embarrasing.
