• Hi every one,

Disclamer: I know the following is not the fault of wordfence, its the theme’s plugin! The theme author is stating their not at fault and has asked me to first contact wordfence.

    WordPress Version: 4.7.3
    Wordfence Version: 6.3.2
    Apus Themer Version: 1.0
    Theme Name/Version: Tumbas Version 1.0.0

Yesterday I encountered a problem when installing wordfence on one of my sites that has the “Apus Themer plugin” this plugin seems to cut off the buttons on the popup windows you see when you first install wordpress, making it impossible to dismiss said popup windows.

The “Apus Themer plugin” is installed by the theme we are using created by ApusThemes.

As soon as i disable the “Apus Themer plugin” the wordfence popup windows are rendered correctly and I am able to sue them as intneded to either cose or start the wordfence tour.

if re-enabled again the bug appears and the bottom element of the window’s are cut off.

Just looking for confirmation that it’s the plugin causing the problem and not wordfence, so i can provide the theme creator proof so they will fix their problem.

    Included below are screen shots:

The two images below show the wordfence popup windows working as intended with the “Apus Themer”plugin disabled.

The two images below show the wordfence popup windows in their bugged state the “Apus Themer”plugin enabled.

Any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.

    kind regards

    Lee

Any chance of getting one of the support members to comment on this, all im looking for honestly is a statement that i can show the theme/plugin author stating the issue shown in the images is not caused by WordFence, as WordFfence is working correctly until their plugin is enabled, i have tried to explain this to them I know this is ridiculous but its what they have asked for.

    thank again
