Arabic and Right to Left support

Hello,
I’m new around here although I’ve been playing with wordpress for some time now.
I’m trying to create a wordpress site in Arabic and I’ve been doing some research about the right-to-left support; but I’m very confused.
My knowledge of php and css is average, but not great; I’ve been able to customize the theme like I wanted, but still haven’t been able to figure out how to modify it so that I can insert posts in Arabic.
Is there anybody that has done so, or has knowledge or experience in right-to-left support for wordpress?
Any help is highly appreciated.
