    Hi @iroshd2020

If you would like to use a custom Arabic font in the slider you need to include it on both the Frontend and the Backend as you see here:
    https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/299-using-your-own-fonts

If you mean the input text, then the problem will most likely be that the input mode of your keyboard is set to an English language. Selecting an Arabic language instead will make the input text in the slider also Arabic.

For example if you are a Windows user, you can shift between your installed languages with Alt+Shift or as you see here:

    Hi @iroshd2020

If your font is called in from a different source then it is important to referring it with the same name it was defined.
In the Font list in Smart Slider3 if you defined the font with another name earlier, then you must call the fonts using the name they were defined with.
For instance, if the font “Open Sans” was defined by the name of “MyFont” then it must be used as “MyFont” otherwise the browser won’t be able to render it. Also please note that the added font won’t appear in the Font list by default if you want to show it up there as well, you need to put the name of the font into the textarea at:
    https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/218-global-settings-fonts

If your problem would still persists, please get in touch with us directly at:

    Best regards,

    Hi @iroshd2020

We have replied to your support ticket opened at Feb 1, 13:43. Could you check in you SPAM folder as well?

Anyway if you wouldn’t see it there:

The problem can be related to that the Arabic Character set is disabled in our Global Settings>Fonts as you see here.
    https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/218-global-settings-fonts

Please enabled the Arabic Character set there and check if the problem still persists.
Also if you are using a font weight, please make sure the font weight variation is enabled at Style.

Hopefully this will solve the problem.

    Best regards,
    Laszlo.

    Hi @iroshd2020

I sent it again. Since you’re using Gmail, please check the Promotions folder as well, because for some reason, some of our mail ends up there.
