Arabic letters imported ??????

I hope your CSV is not encoded to UTF-8, when I opened your CSV file in a Google Sheets it appears as ??????. Kindly format your CSV file with Google Sheets and download them as a CSV file and then try with the import. Hope you had tried the import, after formatting the CSV using google sheets. If not, update to the latest version and try with the formatted CSV, it will import without any problem.
