Arabic Not Displaying After Upgrade

    I found this to be due to the utf-8 character encoding. With the new upgrades, WP changes the wp-config.php file to:

    define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8?);
    define(‘DB_COLLATE’=, “);

    By simply removing these, your site should return to normal.
