Arabic slug issue

Hi,

We have an Arabic news website, and I tried your plugin to remove one post from Google Index, but it seems to have an issue with the Arabic post slugs.

Here’s the original post slug in Arabic:

I’m not sure, but it seems that the encoded characters were deleted and the ASCII ones were kept. Is that right?

I used the /wp-admin/admin.php?page=instant-indexing page to do this action.
