Aramex Shipping not calculated

    i added the config for aramex shipping but still can not get the cost.
    please would you help me as fast as possible

    Hello,
    Would you please go to “orders” -> “order” ->”Prepare Aramex shipment” ->”Calculate Rate” tool and make test calculation with your shipping methods. What does Aramex server say?
