Arbitrary mail addresses for notifications

    Asked more out of curiosity, but happy for it to be seen as a suggestion:
    Is there a specific reason that we can’t just enter an arbitrary email address to have the notifications to? Sure, not to spam a random address, but only admins should be there anyway and I’d hope this weren’t an issue.
    For my test now, I manually change the option ip2location_country_blocker_email_notification to another email address. This is shown as if none is selected and saving the options removes my change – both expected, to be fair.

    Hi,

    Currently, the email option is only limited to the administrator emails in the WordPress for security concerns. You may change/add administrator email if you want to send the notification to other address.

    Well, for security reasons I think it’s not that expendient to create a separate user just to send emails to. Can you be a bit more specific about the “security concerns”? I’m taking, this doesn’t mean spam, but leaking data?

    This is to prevent users simply input any email address that not belong to them.
