Archive and Meta display After Updating Theme

    After updating theme (twentyeleven) Archive and Meta (with associated data)are displayed in r4ight sidebar … before updating, Upcoming Events was displayed (after updating it isn’t displayed).

    Am using a child theme now (finally got it right – I think) because style.css, etc changes are needed.

    Have tried to search for solutions but the are too many posts and most are not applicable or too old.
