Archive download fails and never complete

  • If your having issues using the UI to download you can FTP to your wp-snapshots directory and grab the files that way as well…

    Hi Cory
    I see the files the plugin is producing. Do I need to zip them all up or will the installer run and find them all in the same folder?

    All you need is the installer.php and archive.zip files.

    1. Download both of those that have corresponding hash codes as part of the file name to your local computer.
    2. Then place both of them in an empty directory where your web server lives.
    3. Open a web browser and browse to the installer.php file and following the installer screens.
