    I installed the Knowledge Base and everything worked very well. Until unexpectedly, I no longer have access to the category edit page. And when accessing them, it becomes unconfigured (they seem not to be part of the knowledge base). I tried to reset the permanent links, but it had no effect.

    Hi Raquel,

    Sorry to hear of the trouble you are having, it’s really hard for me to know what could have caused this issue. It could be another plugin or theme setting.

    Most likely this is a simple setting change that just needs to be adjusted, but without knowing more information it is hard for me to know, there might be other variables I’m unaware of as well.
