Archive in unknown format or damaged error

  • When I attempt to migrate in localhost and select “Compress file with gzip”, I get an error “The archive is either in unknown format or damaged”. I’m running Xampp. This only happens on my localhost system. Exporting without compression seems to work fine.

    wp Migrate DB version 0.8.
