    Hi,
I have some content that only can be viewed by one role after login, I made a welcome page, that redirect to a form if you tried to access it by the url.

I did the same for one type of content, and was working fine for the archive page and for the single content, now after update the pluging this not work I think.
The site is multi language and this not work at all, no matter wich language it is viewed.

I am wondering if using de URL restriction addon will be better and faster for restrict access to this section.

Or what is going wrong to this restriction of CPT

    thanks a lot

Thank you for reporting this, and apologies for the late response.

What plugin are you using for multilingual content?
Can you show me a screenshot of the conditions/restrictions you have for your Access Level?

The URL Restriction add-on would be able to restrict any page, including dynamic URLs, no matter if it’s a CPT or custom plugin page, yes.

    Hi,
I use the WPML language plugin, at last I bought the URL add-on and with this I finally solve the problem.
Maybe is a role permissions bug or something, because at the first time that work, but after some time stop working, and in this time I create user and roles, and make some new content.
    Thanks

With the URL Restriction add-on you can get email support, which is much faster than these forums ??

Can I ask you to reach out via https://dev.institute/contact/ and provide some more details about this new problem?
Does the Access Level restrictions suddenly stop working after some time, or does it happen when updating the levels?
