Archive page: show only post_thumbnail

  • So I have a page template called page-archives.php. I have a left side with the year’s categories and posts, then I have a yearly archive. On the right hand side of the site, I want to be able to show all of the post_thumbnail images only per month. So:

    December 2017
    [o] [o] [o] [o] [o] <- post thumbnails

    November 2017
    [o] [o] [o] [o] [o] <- post thumbnails

    How can I make this happen? I have the css pretty much figured out, but the wordpress/php stupefies me.

    – Your currently used theme is not in the www.ads-software.com/themes/ directory.
    – If this was a custom theme, you may have to go back to your developer team and ask them to make the necessary change(s) to the theme.
    – For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    – Also, forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.

    ? I am the theme developer. I don’t wish to publish this theme on wordpress because it’s just my theme. Should I direct my question to another part of this forum? I may have miscalculated my forum choice! Sorry!
