Archive Posts Are Not Displaying

  • I have two sites both using the same theme, but on one, if I select an archive month, the display reverts to the main index page. The other site displays correctly.

    For example, if you visit https://www.thelaughline.com and select one of the monthly archives, it will display the archive page for the month.

    If you try this on https://www.delovesto.com you can see that the link is correct, if you hover over the monthly archive in the sidebar, but on clicking the main page https://www.delovesto.com is displayed.

    Categories display ok though. Any idea why this might happen? They are both running 2.7.1 and have the same theme.

    Thanks in advance. I looked at all the options, also the template files, to see if I could spot any differences.

    Anyone have any suggestions for poddys? I’m having the exact same problem- my archived by month links are taking me back to the index page…

    So for example, when I go to https://www.not_the_url.com/2009/01/ it just displays the index page rather than the posts for that month…

    Any help is GREATLY appreciated!
