• In Appearance/Widgets/Sidebar/Archives I cannot figure out a way to make my archived posts (and number of posts) visible on my site.

I have checked “Display as dropdown” and “Show post counts” and then clicked on “Visibility” and “Show if date is all date archives” and then hit “save” but nothing shows up on my blog.

They used to show on my blog and now they don’t and I cannot get them back again. Please advise.

    Thank you,

    which theme are you using?

Are you using a page template that displays the sidebar?

When asking for help in the forums, providing more info about your site would be helpful, such as what version of WordPress you’re using, was it or any themes or plugins updated just before it broke, what theme are you using, and what is the URL of the site so we can actually take a look at it.

    Hi,

Sorry….I’m not very techy and a relative newbie…I have no idea how to find out what version of WordPress I’m using so that’s why I didn’t include that. Nothing was updated before it broke. I was just trying to see if I could change it to not show every single month in previous years because it was getting rather long and the whole thing disappeared.

    I’m using the Notepad Theme.

Here is the url to the site: https://consciouscacophony.wordpress.com.

Thank you Tara & Matt ??

    Appreciate it,
