Archives Widget sends me to 404, everything else works

    Theme: Arras 1.4.1
    permalinks: custom “/%postname%/%monthnum%/%day%/%year%”

    Issue:

    When using the archives widget to goto a months archive, i receive an embeded 404 on the page that loads. I say embeded because my header, footer, even my sidebar/widgets all show up. Also the monthly archive from this widget is the only thing affected. All other pages including tag’s, categories, etc work fine.

    The only thing i can think of is it might be permalinks related. I know its not the theme because the default does the same thing. Then again it could be caused by something past my understanding.

    The archives widget is in the footer as a dropdown box (does same thing when using links).

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    For anyone wondering, having the %year% after %day% was the issue, i rearranged my permalinks to year/month/day and it works now
