I am using Arclite version 2.02 and have just seen on their main page that there is a version 2.03. I can not find anywhere what changes were made to the theme in version 2.03 and thought maybe I should upgrade my version on my site.

The problem is I have NO idea how to do this. I have been spoiled by wordpress and all the plugins available that all I have to do is press install and everything is in there. Can anybody help me with this?

    My website is: https://www.thesouthafricaguide.com

  • Since it seems only the older version is available on www.ads-software.com you can’t have it automatically install through the admin section. What you would then need to do is download the theme from their site, which is in .zip format. Unzip the folder to your hard-drive.

Fire up your FTP, navigation to the wp-content folder. Click the themes folder, and upload the arclite folder into “themes”.

Log into your WordPress install. Go to the “Appearance” -> “Themes” menu. There you should see a list of all of your installed themes under “Manage Themes”. Find the new Arclite, in the inactive themes section and click “activate”. That’s it.
