Arconix 1.9 Accordion Toggle buttons no longer display…

    After updating to Arconix 1.9, the accordion toggle buttons no longer display. Same issue on both my development and live sites.

    The problem seems to be related to Autoptimize. The toggle buttons display normally when I disable Autoptimize, but disappear when I reactivate it (even if I delete the cache and force the page to reload). But I haven’t been able to narrow it down any more than that.

    I supplied a link, but I’ve restored Arconix 1.8.9 on the site. So I’m not sure if the link will help.

    Hi @mesmer7,

    I have tried to replicate your issue on our staging site, but I am unable to replicate it. To me, by updating the Arconix 1.9, the toggle buttons display even if I activate the Autoptimize plugin.

    To check in detail, can you please share the screenshot of the Autoptimize plugin settings so that we can check further.

    This would be helpful to assist you in a better way.

    The 1.9.1 update did not solve the issue.

    Same problem here — Arconix with Autoptimize (2.5.1).

    It was working fine with Arconix 1.8.3. After install on staging, the toggles went away. I get an I-beam pointer when I hover on the closed toggle, and when I click it opens to show the open toggle content (and the – toggle close icon), still with I-beam.

    I tried rolling back (using the Rollback plugin) and the options there didn’t fix it (1.9.1, 1.9, 1.8.2, 1.8.0).

    Hello. I’m having similar issue. My FAQ list went from a collapsed list of Questions to an expanded list where one now sees Question and Answer. The icon beside each are + symbols that do nothing when clicked. Additionally, within each FAQ is a checkbox for ‘Load this FAQ in the open state (default is closed). This is not available when using the accordion configuration’. This box is not checked, yet the FAQs are NOT closed, as is suggested. Additionally, we are not using accordion configuration. Thank you for your help.
