Arconix Looks Good on Chrome, But Not IE & Firefox

  • Is there anything that I need to modify so that it would look good on IE & Firefox?
    The FAQ will expand and close without any issue, but no styling on IE & Firefox.
    I have the latest version (both the plugin and WordPress) and I’m using Autoptimize.

    I excluded the acronix-faq.js and acronix-faq.css so that it doesn’t get optimize, but still missing the styling.

    First of all, I apologize for the late response.

    Yet, we haven’t checked our Arconix FAQ plugin with the Autoptimize plugin so we are not aware about what styling issue you are facing and hence could not tell you what needs to modify to fix the styling. However, I will try to replicate your mentioned issue with the Autoptimize plugin and will let you know whether we are able to replicate the same issue or not.

    Can you please confirm that you are using the Autoptimize plugin which is available on the below link?

    Also, it would be great if you can share the screenshot of the styling issue you are facing with FAQ page on Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.
