Are all the Features Necessary?

Well, we have a feature in the plugin so you’re never locked out. Look in the FAQ section for “forceOff”.

We’ve coded this plugin so that it will only load the parts it needs to – that is, if there’s a feature that you don’t need, just don’t enable it and the plugin wont go near it. This ensures we don’t bog down your site with things you don’t need.

If you have comments enabled on your site, you’ll want our GASP comments implementation – check out the latest review to see how effective it is. I personally, on a single site, have not received an automated SPAMbot comment to my normal comments queue since I made it. It’s pretty sweet.

The login protection – this is now enabled by default. There is no harm in putting GASP-protection on the login form, and also putting in a login cooldown so that bots can’t brute-force attack your site.

There are lots of features here that don’t write to any of your WordPress files and protect your site from many different angles.

I have:
firewall,
comments,
full login protection,
disable file edits,
and the admin lock out

features enabled.

For me, they’re must haves and that’s why I’ve included them here. This means you don’t need a stack of plugins all interfering with one another doing separate, different, but related tasks. ??
