Are credit card buttons supposed to appear on the checkout page?

As far as I remember, they appeared in the checkout page above the Personal Info header. Now I don’t see them.
All the check boxes are checked in the setting page. (Payment Gateway Settings > Accepted Payment Method Icons.)
I’m using WordPress 3.5 EDD 1.4.1.1. with Twenty Twelve Theme 1.1
