Are Instructors able to create certificates and mark quiz/essay?

    I’m trialling the plugin on the $1 plan. Have created an instructor and test course, all going well so far and most of my requirements are met. The instructor is assigned to the course.

    However, I am unable to find a way for the instructor to create the course certificate. Is this possible?

    Also, I can’t work out how the instructor can mark assignments (quiz/essay). They don’t show up. My admin user can see and mark them, but the instructor cannot. Is this possible?

    Instructors are able to create, edit, and delete their own courses. They do not have access to the Certificates/Engagements system by default. Instructors should also be able to see reporting under LifterLMS->Reporting for quiz review.     If the reporting option isn’t showing up for instructors there may be a plugin conflict. Can you provide us with a System Report through a service like pastebin or similar? You can access your system report here: https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-use-the-lifterlms-system-report/

    This will give us more information to tell if there is an issue somewhere!

    Hi Natalie, it is the default demo installation after paying $1. I haven’t added any plugins to it at all.

    Unfortunately, we are not able to recreate the issue on our testing sites.

    If you could, please, send us a link to your trial site so we can have our developer look into what the issue could be!
