are serial numbers available in order meta?

Are the serial numbers created during a purchase stored in the order meta with a meta key?
I’m asking because my site uses the order meta to send information to a 3rd party script that we use. And we need serial numbers sent in the order meta.

First of all, serial numbers are not saved in order meta. You have to extract serial numbers using the order_id from serial_numbers table and add them in order meta data and then send it to the 3rd party script.
