Are the conversations stored permanently?

    Hi,

    Just wonder if the conversations are stored on your site permanently? For free account, will you impose any limitations on the amount of conversations that will be stored?

    Also is it possible to export all conversations to a file on local computer?

    Hi there,

    There is no limit on how long the conversations are stored, you can delete them at any time. There are no limitations.

    You can send transcripts of each conversation inside the panel of the conversation using the option in the 3dot menu next to the geolocation. It will allow you to choose the email you want it to send to and it will automatically send to the desired email.

    Thank you very much. Your competitor has a limit so I just wonder if you also have.

    Is it possible to bulk send multiple conversations. If is a bit inconvenient to choose it one by one.

    Unfortunately, there is no option of the batch export of conversations at this time.
