Are the questions supposed to be highlighted in blue?

Hi,
Are the questions supposed to be highlighted in blue, like on your screenshots, to show it is a link and needs to be clicked on?

On my site, the questions are just in black font so they look static and aren’t obvious to the user they have to be clicked on to show the accordion with the answer in?

It’s an intranet so can’t give you the address but i can send you a screen shot?

MY web agency who created the site have suggested:
“Recommend you add “Question:” and “Answer” to each item, we can if you wish add some graphics however this would be chargeable”

However we don’t really want to have to pay any more money if the feature is already supposed to be there?
