Are there any Plugin to Search Products worked as Survey?

Hi there,

I am looking for a plugin for searching products by selecting options

It will work like this:

type1 (will show image or short description when hit it)
type2 (will show image or short description when hit it)
type3 (will show image or short description when hit it)
(it can be custom multiple or single or text)

then click next button, go to

category1 (will show image or short description when hit it)
category2 (will show image or short description when hit it)

:
category(num)
(these selection can be custom multiple or single or text)
then click next button, go to next page…

:
So basically the logic is like a Survey, but the result will be products list not points.

Is there a plugin work like this? or Can you give me some idea how to make it happened?
