    Are there any restrictions when using this free plugin? If yes, what restrictions are there?
    Is there a paid version of this plugin as well?

    Is this plugin compatible with WordPress 5.9, please?

    The plugin is indeed compatible with WP 5.9. The plugin itself is FREE to use but the service is paid. You get 100 FREE validation credits that are good for 100 validations. After they expire, the system will send you notification with details on purchasing new credits.
