Are there any to-dos before activating this plugin?

    I have our wordpress site hosted with SiteGround so feel as though I should be using this free plugin but I wanted to check if there are any prerequisites to check before activating the plugin?

    I am not overly technical and do not want to cause myself a headache by activating a plugin that then causes issues.

    SiteGround Security plugin is available as any other free WordPress plugin. You can find it in the official WordPress plugin repository or install it directly through your WordPress admin area. No specific preparations are necessary and the application requirements can be found on the plugin page at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/sg-security/

    The plugin has been extensively tested in our server environment and since you mentioned that your website is hosted with SiteGround I believe there is no reason to be concerned. Of course, should you encounter any difficulties you are welcome to contact us by submitting a support ticket from your SiteGround Client Area and we will be glad to assist.
