    Hi!
    Just to know if you planned some future release because have almost a year without updates and some issues are appearing with new WordPress or php versions.

    Thanks!

    Hi @etruel,

    We are actually testing a beta version of Awesome Support (6.0) with some add-ons. You can find out more information in the link below:

    https://getawesomesupport.com/coming-soon-awesome-support-v-6-0/

    Regards.

    No, this plugin has been abandoned over a year. The same person has said the same thing about testing new versions for months. Their GIT shows virtually no activity on the code base whatsoever all year.

    Even the above blog says “The next version of Awesome Support is due to arrive in early 2019″…

    I’m in agreeance with @jhebbel here. Don’t listen to this sales person. They have been repeating this phrase of “testing the next release” for months now. Additionally, be very wary as I requested a refund months ago and they ghosted my ticket and never refunded me, nor have they replied to any threads here in regards to others with open cases against them. In all honesty, we should be contacting WP moderators to have this plugin removed from the WP plugins directory. They have misleading and unethical practices and refuse to refund their customers and/or even acknowledge them. DO NOT trust a company that will not honor their own money back guarantee and continues the language of “We’re testing the next release”… which should had been released at the beginning of the year… also, they are not even trying to update their blogs.

    All they are doing is updating the timestamp on the article and not even paying attention to the body of content which clearly contradicts the date of the blogs supposed publishing. Appearance is everything here.

    FYI: the plugin was sold by the author in 2016. From my 10 year experience, nothing good comes from that. Why would someone sell their baby in relatively good shape?

    @jmsdonline @jhebbel

    Since 2016 the plugin was being developed by unknown freelancers hired by Nigel (new plugin owner) and was sold again in early 2019: https://nigelbahadur.com/nigel-project/acquired-expanded-and-sold-awesome-support/

    Unfortunately, no team, no founders, abandoned product, some dudes have made some money.

    @jmsdonline @jhebbel

    don’t get, don’t install, don’t buy. They do not fix bugs on paid plugins, much less free plugin. I reported a bug over 6 months ago for a paid plugin and many promises but no fixes. The free plugin also has security bugs so be careful.
