are thumbnails saved progressively?

    Hi
    Today i made a test on webpagetest.org. The Full Optimization Checklist reports that all thumbnails are not progressive. Score is 0. Apparently the plugin does not save the thumbnails progressively. Is this the intended behaviour?

    My plugin uses the thumbnailing functionality that is built directly into WordPress, so it’s not a decision of mine one way or the other. My plugin just calls the same functions that run when you upload an image for the first time.
