• Hello, I just installed this Amp plugin a few minutes ago, went to one of my recent post pages, and then added the “amp/” suffix to the end of that post’s URL in my web browser. I immediately got the simplified AMP version of the page.

However, then after that, I suddenly noticed that I had also installed WPtouch not too long ago in order to create mobile-friendly blog pages for my mobile device users.

So my question is this: Do these two plugins basically do the same thing?

If so, should I just be using one or the other, or will I gain some kind of advantage by keeping them both installed and activated?

In fact, I am not even sure how to bring up an AMP version of one of my blog pages in my web browser, using a desktop Mac, using the WPtouch plugin. I had even forgotten that I had installed the WPtouch plugin.

For the record, I do not own any mobile devices whatsoever. I only see things in a web browser on a desktop Mac.
