Are you a BuddyPress Alternative?

My God ?????♀ I’ve been searching for you guys like lost treasure.

Why did you guys make yourselves difficult to reach?

I’ve sent 2 Pre-Sales messages and didn’t get any reply.It made me worried that if I buy your product and get stuck, that I will be so doomed.

I tried reaching you on Facebook, and got the message that it’s a Private Group. After 2 weeks of searching and looking for alternative ways to reach you, I promised myself that I wasn’t going to give up in the search for you guys.

And to my shock and amazement, I decided to search you on Facebook again, and WHAM, after multiple scrolling and scrolling and scrolling, I found you guys.

Please, not everybody will be as diehard to be looking for people who don’t want to be found, and not everybody have the stamina to reach out to people who don’t want to be reached.

Please work on your support channels: increase them–create webmail Email, Gmail, Facebook, Twitter and perhaps WordPress Forum support channels.

Not only should you create these channels. Please reply messages when existing customers and intending customers ask you questions.

I’m an intending customer and you frustrated my efforts to be your customer: You made yourself hard to reach, did not reply my multiple messages, and ignored me like I was some piece of rubbish.

This is very unfair, and if not because I think I need your product and think it’s price is good, I would have moved on, waving my hand and said “GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH” in an angry ?? disdainful tone.

At this point before finding you here, I’ve concluded in my mind that plus or minus, I will settle with BuddyPress.

The Question that I am asking is that–are you an alternative to BuddyPress?
