are you open to UI improvements

I want to use your plugin on a few of our sites, but I want to improve the UI a bit. If i did that, would you be open to incorporating the changes you like into your code? the one that stands out now is that when “show everywhere” and “hide everywhere” are selected, then it should not show the options, because they are actually not active. I’d write the code myself to make it easier for you and submit a diff file, or updated plugin. do you use git?
